Its directions were pretty straight forward. But we were 2/3 through the build when we learned we were 130 screws short of completion. Luckily I live 5 minutes from a hardware store and know what I needed but that would be rough for some people. So it’s been said before but I’ll say it again. You get what you pay for.Pros:-Overall I spent just under 3 hours to assemble it myself.-The instructions were fairly clear based on exploded diagrams.-It appears sturdy for where I’m going to put it.Cons:-One of my sheet metal doors came creased/ dented.-The roof as well as the doors are absolutely not even close to being waterproof.-The shed does not lock.-The gaps on the sliding doors are more than large enough for rodents to get into.At suits my purpose so far.Ok, so... weight your options carefully. The end result was surprisingly sturdy, the doors don’t drag, seems solid. BUT, single most awful instructions we’ve seen. It took 10 hours (over two days in 80+ heat) and three adults to put this together. As most of the other reviews state, THIS WILL CUT YOU and the holes do not match up “very well”. They match up most of the time but you need to man handle the crap out of this thing but if you do, you will bleed. If you have a drill you can make your own holes when necessary and we did. The instructions are garbage, the photos will show some pieces and then it’ll disappear from other images. We removed at these 3 pieces from the shed completely as the instructions were either completely unclear, or adding them caused more issues and overall, didn’t seem to serve any purpose. For the record, I received two boxes (Amazon only gave me tracking for one) so I had no idea there was another box, but when I reached out to the seller they responded immediately with the second tracking number, so there’s that. So, I’m pleased with the end result but I’m leaning towards the fact that there are probably some other comp priced kits that aren’t this difficult to put together, this was ridiculous.Instruction pictures are to small to see any detail. And the 'enlarged bubbles' don't help much. The other big problem is not telling you which end is up or if that is important. There is to little written in a descriptive form of any kind. The instructions don't tell you which way to overlap the panels. The panel sides end in different configurations. I have purchased cheap sheds before that I have had difficulties with but one of them was not the instruction because the instructions were well done. And with a simple arrow they told you which way was up. You will get cut up, you will make your helper mad and vice versa. Have a plan to celebrate after this is done because you will deserve it. This is not for the novice or for the faint of heart. Have fun.Used to keep our dogs warm this winter. Pretty easy set up. Could use more detailed instructions for assembling. Waiting to see how it holds up to our windy area.I think we have to keep in mind that these guys are making an effort to keep the price low. If you have great expectations you might be somewhat dissapointed. Instructions are kind of hard to understand. If you are good with your hands and a quick thinker you'll be happy with this shed. Overall pretty good. The instructions say 2-3 hours for 2 people to assemble. (HA!) I did it myself in 20 hours. I spent at least an hour cutting out all the plastic washers (ya, they are in sheets of 12). Spent another hour putting washers on screws. Spent another hour or so taking the shrink wrap off of the more decorative pieces.Directions were extremely lacking, had to guess on several details which meant rebuilding several pieces more than once. Good luck figuring out the door assembly. The White S1 pieces are guards for the sheet metal screws, never even mentions them in the instructions. The sheet metal will rip you to pieces if you’re not careful and several pieces don’t exactly line up. I don’t know how you could handle these tiny screws and washers with gloves on either. I’m scarred physically and emotionally from this shed, but it turned out looking and functioning very nicely.
